Three Oaks is one of my favorite neighborhoods in Sarasota, Florida.  Three Oaks was built in 2 phases in the late 90’s and early 2000.  A total of 276 upscale homes were built around 3 ponds and a lake preserve.   Three Oaks is a deed restricted community with attractive landscapes yards and a wall surrounding the community.  Many wildlife species are attracted to the fresh water ponds and lake.  Homes surrounding the water have wonderful views with water birds flying through the neighborhood all the time.

It’s an exceptional family neighborhood and the neighbors I know there are comfortable knowing that it is a safe place for their children to trick or treat and you can see in the video that the residents love to decorate for the holidays.  There are convenient stores and restaurants and it’s in an excellent school zone that includes Ashton Elementary, Sarasota Middle and Riverview High.  It is located near the interstate and barely 20 minutes from the famous Siesta Key Beach.
