No longer hard to believe that our market continues strong throughout the year.  Our summer dips are not so deep.  September 2014, ended the month with 934 closed transactions – 14 percent higher than the 817 properties sold last September.  The median sales price for single family homes dropped a bit from last month to $189,000 which is the same as last September.

Inventory remains almost at the lowest level.  We are at 4 months of inventory.  Now is the time to SELL!!!!  It remains a seller’s market in the residential arena.
