Tour of The Pindari w/Jack Cannon & Experience Baby Goat Yoga!

Hello, I’m Susan Phelps, your host with American Dream TV, and today we’re exploring the luxury lifestyle at WildBlue in Sarasota, Florida. And then we’re headed over to Wateride Place for an unexpected treat. Blissful baby goat yoga. Let’s get started.

Wild Blue isn’t just another neighborhood.Wild Blue has brought together five of the area’s most respected luxury builders. And today we’ve stepped inside this stunning model by John Cannon Homes. This home blends modern farmhouse charm with the craftsmanship and elegance that the John Cannon name is known for. I’ll be speaking with Jack Cannon, son of the founder and part of the next generation leading this iconic Sarasota company.[Music]

“Jack, thanks so much for meeting us here today and helping me host American DreamTV.”

“Here we are in the Pendari at Wild Blue in Lakewood Ranch. And we’re really happy with the feedback we’ve received from people who have walked through the model thus far. And so the Pendari 2 is going to be taking a lot of the feedback that our customers and our clients have given us in terms of things that they like to see in here and things that accentuate what it is to live here in Wild Blue. And we really take a lot of pride in incorporating that feedback from them. I think the five builders are a major draw for the uh prospective people looking a tmoving here to Wild Blue. But in beyond that, it’s really that Wild Blue has a bit of everything to offer. The proximity to dining, cultural events, nature, you know, the water views over the lakes as well as the preserves, It has it all.”

Now, just minutes from Wild Blue is Wateride Place. It’s a lively town center bringing together dining, wellness, and community and today’s event is baby goat

yoga. I’m standing here with Ken and Banjo.Banjo. And I can’t believe it, but we’re going to be doing yoga with goats today at Wateride Place, sponsored by Good Liquid Brewing Company.

“So, Corrin, I know that you’ve got a background that is just nothing to do with goats. How did you end up in Myakka and raising goats?”

“You know, it was just a crazy time and I came up with a crazy idea and thought that with all the craziness in the world, maybe we could do something that was fun and would take people’s mind off, you know, any of their problems. And so I sold everything that I had and moved to Myakka and started doing goat yoga and rescuing goats and donkeys. And so they’re going to be very excited for the first 30 minutes and then they’re going to need a nap. And so they’re going to find their person and they’re going to cuddle up with him and probably be asleep by the end of the class. All cuddled up and whoever they find to love.”

“That’s so funny.”

“We’re outside at the Good Liquid Brewing Company, the sponsor of the Blissful Baby Goat Yoga. I’m sitting here with the general manager, Mike Dehart, and I’ve got a few questions for you, Mike.:

“Let’s go.”

“Well, I just don’t understand how this all evolved. How in the world did you get baby goat yoga onto your lawn next door? Well, the wonderful par tis the fact that she comes out here alot with her family and that she alway sbrings her babys. And why not get beer and yoga involved together, right? Well, I think the most unique piece about our brewery versus other breweries is the fact that we also do our distilling as well. I think if you look around, the the spot kind of gives you everything you want. It has the views, has the beautiful lake.”

“Thank you so much. It’s just a really perfect spot to be in Waterside near Wild Blue in Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota. If you’re looking for luxury living with a real sense of community, you’ll find it right here in Wild Blue and Waterside Place. I’m Susan Phelps with American Dream TV. And thanks for joining me.”
